website says server is online but cant login for like 30minutes, whats the problem?

Server is timed out at the moment and there is nothing we can do but wait until an Administrator or Shane restarts it.

There is a known issue causing the servers to go down, it is being worked on and until it is fixed players are simply asked to be patient.

The server is unresponsive, pretty much in an infinite loop and choked up so any incoming and outgoing connections/data is unfeasible. Think of it like being constipated, too backed up making it impossible to poop until you either wait it out or until you take laxative(aka an Administrator or Shane restarting the server) to allow the poop to exit freely.

 

Right now the Administrators and Shane is busy with real life stuff, so just be patient and wait!

Sometimes, the server can go into deadlock, allowing the website to read it as online but in reality its offline.
