I did all the quest part that requires to go through the guards but these guards wasn't letting me in 

Can any one explain me why it was happening 

Try check washi part, click stone inside cave to get gem

Or u should talk to the old man whom u talked in the first part... Talk with him again

Yeah I did but I just come to know that I forgot to collect water gem thank you very much

Thanks for the info, I was confused before.

Edit: I was also facing the same issue and I don't know why until I found this post.
