What have you done before the problem was there?

Well, I have'nt played since the new launcher came out, so I decided to test it today but when I try to open it, the game doesnt answer. No window pops up. I downloaded it 5 days ago I think but today is the first time I tested it

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried several times, and Im currently downloading it again.

I would delete all previous files and as you've done before, just re-download and install again is probably best

Still not working, Ive re-downloaded 2 times, and deleted all files. Have no idea what more I could do.

For the new launcher, is there higher requirements?, if it is maybe my macbook is too old

Ok hang tight then for a GM/Admin to pop over, they should be able to give you additional help.

Someone called Peybellflower (IGN) Had some trouble connecting too, maybe its the same kind of bug. It should probably be fixed soon enough. Hang on dude :)

i have the same problem, it says "app wont open". i have re-installed plenty of times but it dosent work. pls help :(
