Good evening, yesterday I bought a magic mirror because I wanted to change my hair color to black (number 27), when the server fell and got back up I confirmed the change to black and the magic mirror was consumed but my hair is still there being blue. Could you please change my hair to black or give me back my 50 coins?

For clarification, I do have two questions. Do you remember around what time the server crashed? A rough estimate will be enough. Also, did the crash happened when you bought the item?
