i was on birth island trying to catch raikou and server got crashed. i lost my ticket and there was no raikou again after the restart.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate event. Unfortunately, when crashes occur in Birth Island, the Legendaries are not recoverable and we cannot offer any refund on the tickets. I sincerely understand the frustration, but we cannot do otherwise.
