well you need to apply to a guild to be able to join you can apply here in forum

To join a specific guild find that guild page here and apply https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/forum/7-guilds/

or make a thread here requesting to join any guild(state the server you play in) https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/forum/8-looking-for-a-guild/ so any guild that want to invite you invites you

You see, most guilds who actively recruit players until they reach 100 members have posts on the Forum where you can submit an application to maybe get taken. It all depends on the players, some guilds don't choose to do that.
There's a Forum section dedicated to that:

You can always tell in the All Chat (but not spamming obviously) that you are a player looking to get in a guild. It can happen at times of active hours recruiting guilds will notice your message and maybe ask to recruit you.
