Hi!

I wanted to report about a bug I found with Quick Attack. Its description says it always comes first, but I have encountered several times where a Rattata / Raticate will still attack first (for example, at the S.S. Anne) with a Sucker Punch or a Hyper Fang. I don't know if it is based on speed or Quick Attack should actually always be first, as its description states, so I came here to repot.

See you!

Quick attack has +1 priority and so does sucker punch. So whichever Pokemon has a faster speed would move first. Idk about hyper fang though...

Sucker punch https://pokemondb.net/move/sucker-punch priority +1

Quick attack https://pokemondb.net/move/quick-attack priority +1

Hyper Fang https://pokemondb.net/move/hyper-fang no priority

Normally, pokemon first attack will base on Priority and then come to compare with speed
