I don't really know if it is a bug or it's not yet implmented in the game but when i defeat a pokemon im not able to switch to another of my pokemons like in the console games.

It not bug, the battle set up to not switch if you win enemy pokemon, only can switch if your pokemon died as hard purpose in MMO style.

Hidden abilities 5% chance in wild pokemon.

In the official games there are two modes in Option, "Shift" which allows switching after defeating a Pokemon, and "Set" which doesn't allow switching. Usually, the default is "Shift".

 

PRO however, is always on "Set" mode as part of the increased difficulty compared to the official games.
