Nothing, I am trying to play the game for the first time.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

turn off firewall.

I tried adding new rule in firewall.

tried running it as admin.

tried compatibility mode .

I tried updating java and clearing cache (assuming the game use java etc.. )

closed all other running programs .

windows 10 64bit

nvidia gtx 970 + 680 . latest drivers

i7 3770k

16gb ram..

 

etc.. dont think my system is the issue but can be windows thingy.

 

what I noticed with this game tho , it keep making weird refresh ( when i click window mode for the game u will see the arrow in the screen shot)

 

in other words I am willing to skype and screen share what this game does, it sort of close and come back very fast so the game icon dispensary in the task bar and appear fast again , can this be the issue ?

 

I had another game did this on me for a while but it stopped . and its online game I can play it now , but PRO cant connect am not sure if its related.

Have you tried reinstalling the client? That fixes most problems.

Maybe the server crashed, also. If that's the case just wait a few minutes and it should be up again.

Both servers are online but server is also having trouble it might cause you not to be able to login. Like Jolly said try to reinstall and just spam that login button till it says Logging in.

yep :) I tried that now . ( what is there to reinstall , basically u just unzip it and its done) or I am missing something ?

Just unzip and start the .exe thats all

Edit: Make sure to keep the .exe in the folder or it wont start at all
