What have you done before the problem was there?

4 days i have ben trying to log on the servers, i am new to the game i did not even have the chance to try the game yet, i could not find the file in my firewall so my firewall will allow acces, so i turn the fire wall off compleetly and still i cant conect and i dont know what to do, this is my last resort and cant fid any youtube vidoe to help nothing so plz help me or i just will give up trying to log in.

Yep i activated my acc , went to my e mail, the when game loads, it say map failed to load but all the rest is ok, the i type my usernam and pass then click on log and it say waiitng then cant log in to server :(

can you make a screenshot so we will know how to help you

Witch screen shot do you need , when it say cant log in ? im not sure withc one you need.

i took a screen shot, i drag it in box here and then it just opens another window of that image in full screen ? i cant clcik sedn anywhere, is there another way ic an send it to you ?
