WTB Eevee - any stats, any lvl, just cheap

I want to complete my Eeveelutions, so I'm looking for literally any Eevee. No luck in the safari zone so far, so if anyone is willing to give theirs away for a bit of cash, I'm happy to trade ♥
Still early in the game (just reached Fuchsia), but I'll trade against one of my Pokémon, too, if I can help out somehow.
