Does the Quest where you are supposed to get a Nuctual Feather carried by Pidgeotto even work?

I've spend almost 10 hours to get one. catched over 20 Pidgeottos on that Route but not one has carried a feather.

Yes. In alpha my friend and I spent a total of 40 hours to get one. The Noctowl Feather should be on Pidgeotto at night.

Moved to General Support.

 

 

The questline works as it is. However, its not going to be an easy task to find one.
