Thank you for the information. After some testing from the Developer team, we have come up with a few possible solutions that you could try:

  1. If your password contains any kind of special character, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers)
  2. Please try using a different browser that has no additional plugins to login to the PRO Dashboard (Like Microsoft Edge)
