After some testing from the Developer team, we have come up with a few possible solutions that you could try: If your password contains any kind of special character, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers) Please try using a different browser that has no additional plugins to login to the PRO Dashboard (Like Microsoft Edge) At your convenience, please let me know if these steps helped resolve your issue.
