I don't think there is a place where you can sell them. The only place you can sell them is on Route 25.

Currently, i cannot go back kanto because i have not completed e4 in johto. i have some nugget and I need money to buy supper rod :Frown:

well your best bet is to complete johto badges and then come back to collect the super rod
