What have you done before the problem was there?

i have had an dialog with an npc at the stop between viridian forest and route 2. but the npc wanted to trade a nidoran male against an nidoran female. to that time i hadn't any nidoran in my team, but i accidently choose the option "ok". after that i had to choose the pokemon to trade. i didnt want to trade, so i made a logout. since then i wasnt able to return to the game. when i try the message "cannot connect to the server" appears.

 

what can i do? i dont want to lose my progress in the game nor the username because i have to make another account.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i restarted the client and also my laptop

Blue server's currently having issues, no one can log in

than that doesnt happen only to me then?

if thats the case i'm relieved.

Yeah, no one can log in, you can check the status page to see if they're up or down, sometimes there's a couple of minute lag for it to update though so don't panic lol

 

If you clicked ok, they would either say you don't have one or if it asks to pick and you click a wrong pokemon they would just say that's not the right one, you don't need to relog
