What have you done before the problem was there?

I was just playing, the server had some little lag issues as you mentioned before, anyways... I bought 100c for the 2nd time today, but this time I didn't get anything even while I relogged for like 10x and also restarted the client several times.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Relogging / Restarting client, also tried to reach someone on the live chat, but couldn't find anyone to help me.
