Hi i have do what i see here in the wiki pro.

This can be knowing a specific move, or just having reached its evolutionary level. As long as the conditions for its evolution are met, the Pokémon can evolve by using the candy from your inventory. However, the Mysterious Candy won't work for happiness evolutions. You'll need to make your Pokémon faint once in a Wild Battle (Knockout drops don't lower happiness), then getting back the lost happiness to reach 255 if you previously refused the evolution

so he have loose some hapiness after a ko vs a wild poke and win again after but he not evolv.
I have try again but its the same thing. here i post the ss

Ty fr your help.

Hi. Thank you for contacting us about your issue.

In this situation, the steps you took are the right ones: you have your Chansey faint via a Wild Pokémon battle to decrease it's happiness, then you battle and defeat Wild Pokémon until it's happiness raises back to 255. This should trigger your Chansey's evolution process. For Happiness evolutions, you usually don't need Mysterious Candies, the Happiness is what's required.

If this didn't work, I have to assume maybe either your Chansey fainted during the Wild Pokémon battle which wouldn't award it happiness, maybe it was inadvertently holding an Everstone, maybe one Wild Pokémon battle wasn't enough to make it reach 255 Happiness or maybe you used some Herbal Medicines (which lowers happiness).

What I would recommend you do is:

- Have your Chansey faint again to a Wild Pokémon Battle.

- Once it's revived, just as an extra measure, log off then log back in. When you log back, make sure your Chansey is not holding an Everstone and go back and defeat Wild Pokémon again. Have your Chansey be the one who actually defeats the Wild Pokémon.

If after thoroughly going through the steps described your chansey still didn't evolve, kindly come back and mention it here so we can proceed with further assistance.

Looking forward to your reply,

- Kubrick
