Hello, I tried to put weather ball on my Venusaur Modest in the tutor, but the message appears that it cannot learn.

I tested it on 2 other Venusaurs, and the others learn, except for the Venusaur that I want it to learn.

You see, Venusaur with Weather Ball was originally an event-exclusive Pokémon from the official Pokémon games (specifically from Generation V games). At that time, the Bulbasaur handed with Weather Ball did not have the hidden Ability Chlorophyll and I believe that is why you cannot teach your specific Venusaur Weather Ball. Venusaurs with Overgrow will be able to learn it, but those with Chlorophyll unfortunately cannot.
