I just talk to his Pikachu and I got the same bug

Hi everyone, I got a problem with Ash and his Pikachu, when I try to talk to him, the game is locked, I can't move, but everything else is working, like the time, the chat, everything, I just can't move, Ash he's looking at me and nothing happened, we are both locked.

 

Someone know if I can talk to him without 'freezing' please ? Thank you, and sorry if I got a bad english ^^

The blue server is unstable at the moment. If you refrain from talking to NPC's until the server reboots you shouldn't get stuck again.
