Riolu won't evolve

Hi! 

 

Having some issues with evolving this Riolu. I've tried mysterious candy, rare candy, relogging then using mysterious candy, losing happiness + regaining that happiness + mysterious candy + relogging, but none have worked.

Hello, you should try this:

 

Raise the happiness level again back to max happiness (255) by visiting the groomers which can be found in Cerulean City House 5, Goldenrod Underground Path, outdoor market in Slateport City, and Hearthome City

You need to lower the happiness first by fainting it in a wild battle. Then gain the max happiness again during daytime with the Groomer NPC.
