I talk to npc for rerolling my kyurem , it took 2 rerolls but didn't reroll my kyurem , and now rr gone and kyurem IVs unchanged

Hello, are you sure you didnt click "No" in new IVs, I used some IVs reroll 2 days ago and worked fine in my side

Can I ask if you had activated the Double Reroll Service before this happened? When you rerolled your Kyurem, did you notice the window popping up of the new IVs on your Kyurem? Were you adamant you had two Reroll Ticket when you went to the NPC? Did a crash or connection issue happen prior or after your rerolling?

Your answer to these questions would be appreciated, but I believe it may be possible you were wrong about the quantity of Reroll Ticket in your possession or had previously used another. In any case, we will do our best to look further into it.

You didn't just pay the 2 rr tickets to access the double rr feature did you? :/


This is purely a payment to access the feature and is not included in your double rr's.

Yes it’s not meant to it’s simply a payment to use the double re roll service for an hour with a maximum of 10 re roll tickets.

 

so ideally to maximise an hour you want 12 tickets 2 used to unlock double re rolls then you use 10 which will be doubled. 
 

 

Again, the 2 you use in the selection of the picture I linked ARE NOT re rolls for your pokemon.

I bought reroll for 500 pave coins and went to do it and I clicked on double reroll but after that nothing happened no option of legendary select came up
