Hello yesterday all the balls i had  in my bag just disappeared  masterball x1 and some other balls like balls from events ultra poke etc and i didnt used them of course

Hello @Abuser.

 

Seems like you've started the Pinkan Island quest recently, is that correct? If so, then this is the cause behind the disappearance. 

When you enter Pinkan Island Forest, the Ranger NPC will take away all your Pokeballs. Upon completion of the quest, the Ranger will return any Pokeballs when you speak with him.
