Hoenn is currently waiting a member of staff to do several things before it can be once more staff tested and eventually released.

As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.

It most likely will be, I don't why the staff would add the continent without making any formal announcement. Would be pretty hilarious if they didn't.

Shane needs to do a client update and few other things in order for staff to finish with testing. When he will be available I am not sure at this juncture. Hopefully soon.

Spawns are not set in stone. Based on the user and staff feedback there might be some changes done.
