@Ruthlessslayer I will kindly ask you to edit your auction, by either removing or changing the following statement:

It's from silver, winner have to transfer the poke if he/she from Gold 

 

When making an auction post on Cross Server, your are bound by it's rules, and as it states:

Quote

1. When a trade is agreed between players from different servers, the creator of the thread is responsible for transferring unless different conditions are agreed between seller and buyer.
   This rule does not apply when there is an explicit written agreement between the buyer and seller about who will transfer to honour the deal. 

 

Even though you have mentioned you would be willing to transfer, just wanted to leave a note and remind you about the rule to avoid any confusion later on.
