Hi,

I've been trying to find the recipient of that letter from the Delivery Man quest in Johto:

"No longer, i can't wait for any more hours.

You are probably still there, selling flowers. 

Back to you, to the city. I'll do it for us"

 

I've tried the Goldenrod flower shop and doing a few laps around Johto, I still can't find who is meant to receive that letter and I've noticed a few people around forum and discord have been having the same difficulty but no answer found.

Does anyone have a clue or the solution for this one ?

I have the same problem, I have traveled the entire region and interacted with all the npc, none receive that specific letter. I even thought it could be bugged since I activated the mission last year (When I was just in Johto) and I thought that now that I have finished the other regions the npc has changed location... I visited the flower shops in the other regions too, and I can't find the recipient either. Please help us.

I also have that problem unfortunately 😞

This hint should be for the Goldenrod City Flower Shop. Can you please provide a screenshot of the flower shop and of each NPCs dialog?

I can't show u everything u want to see coz i started hoenn region because i thought i couldn't progress the valentines quest anyway but i have these screenshots I did before going to hoenn. 

The first time i went to the berry shop to look for the npc i hadn't beaten the pumpkin King yet and i thought something would change after i beat him but it didn't lol

On my part, I didn't start Hoenn but I finished the Johto E4 a few weeks ago.

There's no NPC outside the Flower Shop and there's 2 NPCs inside.

Hi,

 

I'm not seeing any new NPC inside or outside and the dialogs are still the same.

I tried going back to the Delivery Man, talking to him (he still tells me to deliver this card) and going back to the Flower Shop but no change.

Thank you so much! In my case, it's been resolved. I'll be finishing the remaining four cards in the next few days. I'll let you know if I encounter any other issues.
