Hello there. At the moment, there is no ETA for any of the things you have mentioned I'm afraid.

 

New Pokemon are added in frequent updates. A recent example would be the addition of some Pokemon from the Hisui Region. Regarding major game updates like the Server merge and new regions/Pokemon, please keep an eye on the official Discord for announcements.
