Hello,

I just talk to the collector joro at celadon  mart 4 and i showed my spectrum valentine and he took me my pokemon without giving pve coin. And I didnt know it tool it from me. Possible to get back my pokemon please?? i speak to him the 13/03 near 09:25am

Hello @Dyggietv.My apologies for the delay.

 

When receiving PvE Coins, it may take a few minutes for your Trainer Card to reflect the changes. This can quickly be amended by logging out and logging back in. That will force the Trainer Card to update and your correct PvE Coin balance should be on display.

However, if you do desire to have the Pokémon back, we can do so but we will have to remove the coins you were given for it. If you would like to proceed, please give me more details on the Pokémon you gave so I can identify the correct one and restore it.
