Hello there! @Bidous I am sorry to hear about your problems with logging in. Please try taking the following actions and let me know the outcome.

 

1. Erase all PRO-related-files from your computer

2. Flush the trash-bin

3. Download the client again Here

4. If you are still unable to log into the game after taking these steps, try using a VPN

Is it possible that your password contains any special characters? If your password does contain any kind of special characters, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers). Passwords are case sensitive. Is it possible that your password may contain a capital letter?

That is strange. In most cases, a change to an alphanumerical password fixes this issue. If you are certain that there was no misspellings in your username or password and that it contains only letters and numbers now, do you have another device you could try logging in on?

I tried on a Windows and it works. Unfortunatly, it was a temporary access to a Windows, so not able to use it to fix the isue...

But still not on Mac

 

EDIT:

It's working now on mac. I did the exact same steps an hour ago and this time it's working...

I don't understand why, but now I'm happy to know I can play 😄
