I'm able to connect to the forum and the dashboard, but not possible to login to the game... Any help please ? Erase all PRO-related-files from your computer 2. Flush the trash-bin 3. Download the client again Here 4. If your password does contain any kind of special characters, please change your password to be alphanumeric (only letters and numbers). Passwords are case sensitive. Is it possible that your password may contain a capital letter? I'm a bit surprise because I can login everywhere (forum, profil on the website...) but not on the game... Houndstone Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 That is strange. In most cases, a change to an alphanumerical password fixes this issue. If you are certain that there was no misspellings in your username or password and that it contains only letters and numbers now, do you have another device you could try logging in on? Bidous Posted March 16 Author Share Posted March 16 (edited) I tried on a Windows and it works. Unfortunatly, it was a temporary access to a Windows, so not able to use it to fix the isue... But still not on Mac EDIT: It's working now on mac. I did the exact same steps an hour ago and this time it's working...
