This game now is day by day is more sadder !! ......it's already mentioned that Pikachu being "garbage" is the exact reason why they are given this "advantage". And I wouldn't call a cosmetic change in your character being an advantage. Not to mention the hat itself is just a slightly edited red hat from the pokedollar costume shop.......
