Hello there @Neopokemon2x I apologize for the inconvenience here. We are investigating an issue that some players seem to be having at the moment. Could you try muting your Music and Sound in the Options tab on the Log in Screen? This appears to be working for some players.

The bug is currently being investigated and a fix will no doubt arrive in a future update. Muting sounds is a temporary fix for some players at the moment, but when the issue is resolved it will be possible to play with sound on again as intended.
