It says nothing is found. I already gave him the research papers . When I talk to him he says “have you enjoyed the ship”

Hello there @Janguk I apologize for the confusion here. Some items function a little differently here in PRO. In the main series games, the SS ticket was indeed a key item. The item will not appear in your backpack here in PRO, but you will still have received it from Bill and be able to gain access to the SS Anne.
