The Account Recovery Team is responsible for assisting players with recovering access to their accounts, with a primary focus on 2FA-related cases. They are in charge of verifying account ownership and processing recovery requests to ensure that players who are locked out receive fast and efficient support. Requirements Even if you don't meet the requirements, small exceptions may be made if the rest of your application is promising. Able to dedicate time to staff work and deliver efficiently. 18 or older is preferred, applications from younger applicants will be considered if exceptional Can understand English at a good level. (Mandatory) What we look for in applicants. Communication, teamwork, and open-mindedness. Positive attitude, organization, and ability to work under pressure. General Questions Quote Personal Questions What is your name and age? Describe yourself. What country/ state do you live in and what is your timezone? (GMT) Are you fluent in any languages besides English? Do you have any real life commitments, such as work, education, family, etc? As a person and team-member, what is your greatest strength, and your greatest weakness? Teamwork Questions In your opinion, what is teamwork, and what does it mean to you? How do you feel when working in a team environment, and how do you think workload should be organised whilst in a team? What do you think makes a team successful? In a team-based environment, what role do you typically play, and why? e.g. Do you see yourself a leader, a coach, a creative thinker, or someone who just gets the job done? Do you have any experience working as part of a team? If yes: Tell me about your experiences. Provide an example of a time that you have shown strong teamwork skills. Provide an example of when a lack of teamwork hindered a project, and what steps you took to address and resolve it. Imagine that you disagree/have had a disagreement with your team leader, or a teammate. How would you react and what steps would you take to address the situation, and resolve it? Player Questions How did you hear about PRO, and would you recommend it to a friend? If yes, what would you say to convince them to join? How many hours per week do you dedicate to the game as a player? In PRO, what are you most passionate about and why? Are there any personal achievements you have accomplished that you are proud of? e.g. Hunting, Collecting PvP, trading, etc. As a player, have you had any interactions with staff, in-game or on the forum? If yes, describe what happened, and your impressions of Staff after your interaction(s). Staff Questions Why do you want to join the staff team? What is your understanding of Moderation, and what do you think you could offer as a member? Why should we pick you? What do you you believe you can contribute to the team(s) you are applying to join? On a daily basis, how much time are you prepared to dedicate to staff duties? Sometimes, moderation duties can be stressful, as part of the role is to deal with players who break the rules - do you think you can deal with this stress? If yes, why? Have you ever been banned? If yes, what was the reason for the ban, and what did you learn from the experience(s)? Your application and results must remain confidential.
