Hey @Zetipepe. Do not worry, you can change your email in our Email Recovery. Just follow the instructions given and allow some time for our Staff Team to look at it and deal with it accordingly. Hope this has helped you.

Hey @Smokeer I understand that it can be frustrating but as you may know or not know; PRO duties are not like a paid job, where you will be rewarded for completing tasks; but a voluntary act to help the community. So, most of the Staff Members dealing with Appeals have many in real life responsibility that they will need to prioritise over PRO such as family, work, college/university. This may be one of the reasons why it may take longer than usual. Moreover, we have a limited number of Staff who deal with multiple different departments of the game, which may be another reason. So for now just keep an eye to your request and wait patiently.
