Can i ask how long will it take for me to change my username? I saw they said it will take about 2-3 days, but i have waited for several days and still no news. Hope you guys can answer my question.

It's been over a week since I changed my name but still no notification

Hello @Halinh. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

Despite the Dashboard saying it would take 48 hours for a username request to be processed, unfortunately, that is no longer accurate. This is because the team responsible for username requests, the Game Master team, is currently severely understaffed and has a huge backlog of work. Due to the nature of there work, they focus on higher-priority duties and can only process username changes when they find free time. Speaking of which, remember that all Staff are volunteers who devote their own time and energy to the game. Be it work, family, school, or another reason, we have many responsibilities in and out of the game, and with a limited team, there is only so much we can do. 

None of this is your fault of course, and all I can do is offer my apologies, but I do hope you can understand.

Ok, i can understand, hope you guys don't overwork yourself. next time i will wait patiently for the name change. since i need money urgently now i have cancelled the request.
