Dungeon issues

Jo, whaddup!

 

It feels like the dungeons are running on a different server than the rest of the game, because they are lagging af while everything else is running smoothly.

As a dungeon-enjoyer and min-maxer this is very annoying, because it seems the lags are confusing the server and therefore the script order gets mixed up, which result in a bugged and lost run. -which is btw also annoying, since you have only 1 try per day and very limited resources to do another one

 

If they are really running on a different server, it would be nice if you could restart it or check what else the problem could be.

Staff team is aware of the dungeon lags, unfortunately, we cannot do anything to speed up the process of this issue being resolved.

Most of us enjoy dungeons as much as you do. In my opinion, you can still have a good time running them even though the game is lagging if you are spending quality time with your guildmates at the same time. We all get frustrated sometimes, but most of us don't have the power to change it, so it's best to accept it and play the cards we are dealt. If you can't change it, it's not worth getting frustrated over it.
Respective parties are working on it and we all hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
 

Thank you for the suggestion on fixing this issue, although I don't have the information of servers this game runs on so I can't provide any feedback.

Maybe it's worth mentioning it that the dungeons all were completely fine before the VDay server restart. After that it became very bad, so maybe there got something changed which causes that. And imo it's not the right way to just accept it and deal with it. I understand that it cant be fixed magically without knowing the exact problem, but as I said, it's very annoying.

It's even bad for the ladder, because u basically dont need much skill atm, only 1 bug which gives you more points or many lags to other guild runners, so they are much much slower than normal or running into things they can't do, because they are standing there for 5 sec and cant move, but the NPCs/Mons do move normally.

We are aware of the exact time the lag started to happen, there were a lot of changes which makes it hard to find the exact thing that created that issue.
I can assure you that the lag will be fixed, but we do not know when that is gonna happen.
Unfortunately, until then, we can just play it the way it is right now. Some days dungeon lags a lot, and the other days, it's a bit more pleasant to play, I like to give it my best every time and potentially get a decent score on the days it doesn't lag a lot. In the end, every run gives rewards upon completion, whether it's lagging or not.
