    From what I understand about the 15-minute rule. If there is a bid in the last 15 minutes, from that moment on, it increases by 15 minutes. If there is one more bid, it increases by another 15 min

    From what I understand about the 15-minute rule.
    If there is a bid in the last 15 minutes, from that moment on, it increases by 15 minutes.
    If there is one more bid, it increases by another 15 minutes, and so on.
