The most probable cause of your issue would be the known bug that crashes your game for failing to load the map music.
To fix this, mute in-game music and sounds and try again.
Let me know if it works!

About the "User already logged in" message, it happens when the game kicks you out but still thinks you are online, so when you try to log back in, it shows you that message.
There is nothing to be afraid of, it's not uncommon to see that message.
