hi i leveled up my togepi  to lvl 100 without noticing the happynes is to low and now he is stuck at togepi for some reasons  the red rare candy not works  so i hope it is possible to decrease the level from him by 1  ID 103005006

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

In order to evolve it, you need to faint your pokemon to lose happiness, and then increase it back to 255. After that, the pop-up evolution screen will show.

Note: Knockout Drops faint your pokemon, but it doesn't decrease happiness.

i totally forgot about the topic i opened up now after ive seen my lost togepi again i remebered that topic but even when i faint the togepi  and regained the happiness  it doesnt evolve

 

Hello there @23leon06 My apologies for the lack of communication in regard to your issue, it has not been forgotten. This issue will be addressed in the next update, when happiness evolutions will be updated to Gen 9 mechanics and Mysterious Candy should work to evolve your Togepi. I'll be sure to check in with you once the update arrives.
