Thaloras Posted May 12 Share Posted May 12 Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. In order to evolve it, you need to faint your pokemon to lose happiness, and then increase it back to 255. After that, the pop-up evolution screen will show. Note: Knockout Drops faint your pokemon, but it doesn't decrease happiness. I hope this information helps. This issue will be addressed in the next update, when happiness evolutions will be updated to Gen 9 mechanics and Mysterious Candy should work to evolve your Togepi.
