Forum time are what counts towards the auction, therefore Cattus2511 150k offer was posted by you after Jarcode had already placed his offer, making Jarcode the starting bid.

 

An in game bid is only valid the moment you post evidence of the said bid on forums, and the time stamp used will be when you post it on the forum page, rather than the in game time.
