for manectric, i bid at 
so no 15 min rule as the start/end is 3:41, auction ended normally (its a seperate auction)
For skarmory, 15 min rule would put auction at 3:28+15= 3:43, hence last bid was at 3:44 which is a minute late in worst case....

End Point for Manectric: 23/5 3:41PM

 

@7destiny bid was placed at 23/5 3:24PM, therefore with the 15min rule, the new end points where:

Skarmory - 23/5 3:39PM

Manectric - 23/5 3:41PM

 

@Eunia Your bid was placed at 23/5 3:44PM, which is invalid for both pokemons.
