I'm new on the game. My starter is a bulbasaur. He leveled up to level 13 in a combat that I lost against Ash in the Viridian Forest. The screem for learning Poison ans Sleep Powders didn't appear. Later, now as Ivysaur, he leveled up to level 20 and learned Razor Leaf. Few seconds after that, there are a bug and I logout. And now, my Ivysaur level 20 doesn't have Razor Leaf. I'm very sad because at level 21 I have a Ivysaur with Vine Whip as best plant move and Tackle again in his 4 moves!!!!

 

I imagine that the Move Reminder is so far in the game... and it's a shame having to pay a Move Reminder for a bug like that.
