quest got restarted

I have already done the mega gardevoir/gallade quest,but i did not buy the mega stones .Now its restarting from first.Any reason?

Did you happen to do the quests on a different account that you used to own by any chance? Is there a chance that you are mistaking owning these mega stones altogether since you once may have taken part in the mega stones public testing that happened in the past?

 

Looking for an answer.

Yes i am sure i finished the quest with my main acc long time ago.But i did not buy mega stone with pve/pvp coins.

We have run thorough checks around quest variables and they show that you just started the quest, and the rest of the missing variables show that you never had completed the quest, if there was a case of faulty variables at all. I have also checked all possibilities of the mega stones being lost someplace else, like being held by pokemon you own. 

 

Hence, it is clear that you never had the quest done. I'd urge you to follow through with the quest to attain the said mega stones, here's a Guide for you to check out. 

 

As for now, I'll be keeping this thread open to any further replies if you happen to have something you wanna say or are in need of any help regarding the quest here on out.

Yes I have recently started the quest,but I am clear that once it showed the option of buying the mega gardevoir/gallade stones before a year or more I think so.
