I'm trying get Manaphy. I do all the quest steps until i give the machine part to Wattson. I recieved acces to the park,but the problem is NPC Lizbeth dont continue the quest. She say " Come on dad we need to hurry for oír Next show". Then Kyle says " Patience Lizbeth. An elegante performance requieres a thoughtful preparation" . And thats it all, nothing more happens, i cant enter to the temple . I checked all steps and i think i dont forget nothing. Help please?

Hi, I would like to confirm I’m facing the exact same issue with the Manaphy Quest.

I have completed:
- The Eumi Island event
- Spoke to Wattson in New Mauville
- Talked to Professor Birch
- Talked to Captain Stern in Slateport

Then I visited Eumi Island and talked to Lizabeth. She only says her idle dialogue (“Come on dad, we need to hurry for our next show”) and nothing happens – Team Rocket doesn’t show up, and I can’t access the temple.

I double-checked all steps. Since Boss Nikola is no longer available, I can’t reset the quest. Please check and help resolve this for us.

Do you guys have the whole non-legendary seen data for Sinnoh and are Hoenn Champion?
Only then you can progress the Quest, as the requirements were changed recently.

This is not a bug, but rather you do not meet a requirement to start the quest. As of June 2025, the requirements for the Manaphy quest, along with many other legendary quests, were changed.

The current requirements for the Manaphy quest are being Hoenn Champion and having all the seen data for Sinnoh, with the exception of the legendary Pokémon.

In your case, you are missing several seen data for Sinnoh. Below I have included a list of seen data you are missing from Sinnoh:

• Chimchar
• Wormadam
• Mothim
• Stunky
• Gible
• Hippopotas
• Skorupi

Try obtaining their seen data then attempt the quest again and it should work. If it does not work after getting the seen data, please let me know.
