Hello, first of all thank you for this nice game and your efforts.
I’m having an issue with the Boss George quest. I’ve caught all Johto Pokémon, including Celebi and Raikou. I have 277 hours of playtime. I’m trying to complete the quest required to fight Boss George, but Scientist Rey is on the ground floor instead of the 10th floor.

I’ve checked topics from others who had similar problems on the forum and tried the following steps:

• Talking to the old man in Ecruteak (he talks about the Kimono Girls — I even battled the Kimono Girls in the Ecruteak Theater)
• Trying to fight George’s crew (they don’t battle)
• Putting Raikou in the first slot and entering the Guardian’s room (I even went there with only Raikou in the team, but the result didn’t change; no message appears on screen, the Guardian only talks about cooldown)
• Talking to Warden Noisia in Pewter Jail (didn’t work)
• Talking to Scientist Rey on the ground floor — he just thanks me for my help, nothing more happens

I see you have tried entering the Raikou Guardian room, could you try entering the Entei and Suicune rooms as well and see if you get the dialog?

If things go right, you should receive a dialog box upon entering the chambers. Please try that and let me know how it goes.

Hello, I did what you told but suicune and entei guardians respond with the same boss dialogues. When I enter their areas, no message appears on the screen.

Could you provide a screenshot of the 10th floor and of the ground floor of the Bell Tower? Could you also provide a screenshot of what Scientist Rey says on the ground floor?

The issue was resolved after defeating the Raikou Guardian Boss for the second time, 12 days later. The scientist guy appeared on the 10th floor. If anyone has same problem and read here...
