Apologies for the inconvenience caused. For ease of handling I have split your reply to the other thread into your very own thread. 

 

The Hoenn Teleport quest was recently changed but has met with faulty variables and unfortunately it looks like its definitely bugged for you, hence no workarounds could be suggested by us for you to proceed. You'd have to wait for a fix in the quest, which is certainly in order.

 

I will be letting you know of it right here. Until then please be patient.

A fix was recently applied and you should be able to proceed normally if you re-enter that place from route 110 according to the updated guide over on our wiki. 

Lemme know if all goes well here on out.
