Hey support,

 

I just got my account back, I was able to log into a new account just fine without any issues to be sure it's not my hardware. However, when I log into my account LostReaper and try to log into Silver or Gold server, the game crashes during the loading map animation.

 

I am however able to log into a 'dummy' account that I had until I was able to recover my main account.

 

What I have done:

* Tried another account

* Tried another PC

* Tried deleting and reinstalling the latest client.

I'm wondering if it's not due to an updated map and my character's location on the map somewhere is causing it to crash maybe while I'm trying to load in? Map/Character conflict?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

 

There has been a known bug where the game crashes while trying to load the map music.

All you have to do is mute the in-game music and sounds before logging in, and it should work just fine.

This bug will eventually be fixed in the future updates, but for now, this is the best temporary solution we have.
