Hello PRO Staff,

I would like to report a problem with the Cresselia quest. I cannot receive or progress with the quest even though I haven’t caught Cresselia yet. I believe my quest has bugged due to skipping some steps.

Could you please help me reset the quest so I can restart it properly?

I am sorry that you are experiencing this. Can you provide me with the following screenshots.

  1.  The dialogue received when talking to Professor Rowan in Eterna City.
  2.  The dialogue received when talking to Sailor Darlow in Canalava City.
  3.  Nezuko's Mom in Canalava House 3.
